  1. Complaints

If a participant or prospective participant wishes to articulate a grievance concerning Integrated Wellness Institute (hereinafter referred to as “IWI”) or any course delivered by IWI, the individual is encouraged to communicate their concerns in writing to the designated email address: theIWIcontact@gmail.com. It is important to note that IWI does not make any guarantees regarding specific outcomes; however, IWI shall duly assess and deliberate upon the complaint, taking any requisite actions or making alterations as deemed necessary. A response to the grievance can typically be anticipated within a timeframe of 10 to 14 business days.

  1. Fees, Refunds, and Cancellation

Participants are obligated to complete the course purchase process prior to gaining access to or engaging with the course materials. IWI maintains a strict policy of not issuing refunds to participants. Fees are nontransferable to other courses. Requests for course cancellation are permissible only when the course materials have not been accessed.

  1. Course Materials and Enhancement

IWI conducts regular quarterly assessments of course materials for the purposes of ensuring ongoing relevance and accuracy. Moreover, feedback provided by participants is systematically examined for the enhancement and revision of course content and structure.
